The Project Status Report Template is used to report on the status of project tasks, activities and deliverables. This template is designed for repeated use throughout the project lifecycle, i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, or as often as needed to adequately report project status.
Instructions
- Enter basic project information.
- Enter the reporting period by date.
- Select report type (individual or team).
- Select report conclusions (indicating overall status).
- Describe planned tasks in the spaces provided and report on target dates, percent completed and current status (on plan, not on plan or ahead of plan).
- Describe and explain any variances.
- Describe planned corrective actions, if any.
- Describe objectives for the next reporting period.
