What is the Meeting Agenda Template?
The Meeting Notification and Agenda Template is an easy to use fill-in form, provided in PDF format. Use it as a communication tool to quickly plan and document "content agendas' for any type of meeting, and notify meeting attendees.
How do I use the Meeting Agenda Template?
Open the Template and fill in the information in the fields presented:
- To: List notification recipients. Note: This field accepts multiple lines.
- Date: Select a template date from the pop-up calendar.
- Meeting date: Select the meeting date from the pop-up calendar
- Start Time: Enter the meeting start time.
- Time Allocated: Enter the expected meeting duration.
- Logistics: Click in the checkboxes to select logistical options and enter instructions as needed. Note: This field accepts multiple lines.
- Meeting Type: Select from the list provided or add your own category.
- Topic: Enter the meeting topic (subject).
- Meeting Sponsor: Enter the individual or group responsible for managing or sponsoring the meeting.
- Goals: List the goals and objectives (purpose) for the meeting (i.e. Why is the meeting being held and what will be accomplished?) Note: This field accepts multiple lines.
- Agenda Items: For each agenda item, enter a description, expected result (decision, discussion, education), and the time allotted to that item(s). Note: This field accepts multiple lines.
- Preparation: Enter any instructions or information for attendees on how to prepare for the meeting. Note: This field accepts multiple lines.
- RSVP: Click in the checkbox if an RSVP confirmation is required and fill in contact information (name, email and/or phone).
- Save the completed form and email or print it as needed.
