Learn More about Project Job Profiles
Creating the Project Job Profile: Every project is a "mini-enterprise", which must be organized and staffed according to specific needs and planned deliverables and every project manager faces the same questions when planning a project.... a) What types of skills and tasks are required to complete this project? b) How will roles and responsibilities be allocated and assigned? c) How will the project team be organized into discrete "job functions" and reporting relationships? Use the project job profile to answer these and other key questions.
