Learn More about Managing Project Finances
Managing the Project Selection Process: Project cost management can be the most complicated, political, (and potentially tedious) element of the project management process. But, costs and expenses have to be controlled, for the sake of IT credibility, and the overall fate of current and future projects. Project cost management involves cost factor identification, budget creation, and cost control through variance tracking.
