The Mission Statement Template
Purpose: The Mission Statement Template is used to prepare quick and easy mission statements for a variety of purposes and subjects.
Format: Dynamic PDF Form (Acrobat or Acrobat Reader versions 8.1 or higher required). The form is "Reader enabled" allowing Reader users to save data and digitally sign the form. Click to open.
Using the Snapshot:

Fill in the form fields as required and select the "Statement Type" that applies to the mission statement at hand (individual, company, department, division, workgroup, team, committee or "other"). If none of the pre-defined types apply, enter your own.

Complete "Part 1" by listing the products, projects, operations or services governed by this mission statement. Press [ADD ROW] to list as many items as needed and [DELETE] to remove any items added.

Complete "Part 2" by listing the goals and objectives to be achieved under this mission statement. Press [ADD ROW] to list as many items as needed and [DELETE] to remove any items added.

Have the individual approving the Mission Statement sign the form. The form is designed to use the digital signature function provided in Adobe Acrobat or Reader, or it can be printed and signed.
