Technical Information
Our products are produced in electronic format, allowing us to deliver your purchase via immediate download. Each product contains manuals, forms and templates in PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint formats as appropriate (Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft software required). Your purchase will be downloaded (or sent to you) as one or more .zip files, which must be extracted for installation and usage.

All of our products are backed by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your full purchase amount within 30 days of the purchase date. All we ask is that you confirm that all electronic and printed product components have been erased or destroyed. Print Editions and CD's must be returned for refund.
