Payment processing at ITtoolkit.com is fast, easy and secure. To best serve our customers payment and security needs, our online credit card processing is provided by PayPal, with over 100 million members worldwide. Most major credit cards are accepted. When purchasing you have the option of (1) creating a PayPal account to use the various funding options provided as a member, or (2) you can just use your credit card to make your purchase directly (note: you do not need to become a PayPal member to purchase our products). The choice is yours.
As an alternative to credit card payments, verified company Purchase Orders will also be accepted. Instructions are provided during the cart checkout process.
In the interests of customer security, we do not accept telephone orders.

We are pleased to offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee with all
our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will
refund the full purchase price. All we ask is that you delete
all downloaded electronic files and any resulting printed copies.
CD's must be returned for refund.
The Order Process

Select one or more items from our product catalog.

Add the product to the shopping cart by clicking on one of the "buy now" links.

Continue shopping for additional products or click "checkout" from the cart screen.

Once you click "checkout", you will be brought to the payment processing screen where you can select the appropriate payment options. Just follow the instructions provided to complete your payment. Please note: if you are making your purchase via Purchase Order, Check or Money Order, instructions are provided during the checkout process.
Download Your Purchase
Once your payment is approved and completed, you will be brought directly to the product download screen, where your purchased product files will be made available for immediate download to your desktop. Once your files are downloaded and saved, extract the .zip file and open the resulting files via Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word as appropriate.
CD Orders/Print Edition Orders
If you have purchased the Project Management Bundle on CD, your CD will be shipped to you in 1 - 3 business days.
If you have purchased the Print/CD Edition of the Disaster Recovery Plan Process Kit, your product will be shipped to you in 3 - 5 business days.
Automated Customer Service
Most downloads complete quickly and easily, but, if you are unable to complete your product download, you can choose to have your purchased product files sent directly to your designated email address. You can also request an additional file download from our support page. Or, if additional assistance is required, just submit an online Customer Service Request.
